@RWAP: upps... i´m already on the german list (paul put that up)... i need only one ZXPand- so it will be easier to order a "big pak" for the german users - paul will do that (i think there are more ZXPand-users after the next german meeting) !!

sorry for the trouble...

greetings
jens
eyerything will be okay in the end.
if it´s not okay, it´s not the end.

Well, there might by demand for a feature allowing to save the running program to mmc and, on reloading, to continue at this point.
That would give Games a possibilitie to be continued after a pause (or if I always fail at some point ;) )
Specially if a program was loaded from tape it could help getting programmes transfered from tape to "disc".
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.

This sounds like an incredible product! Wondering if it would work on a Timex Sinclair 1500?

It may well work on a 1500 - I'd just need one to test...

Only problem i can see is the ram...

ts1500 has 16K built in, when external ram is fitted like a standard 16K ram pack, the internal ram gets remapped to 16 - 32K region i have found no way of stopping this happening.

if your ever passing this way SirMorris you can borrow my ts1500.. i live in nottingham.

regards Andy

As uncommon as the Memotech cases are, finally managed to track one down so don't go altering the design, will ya?!

The thing about ROMs on the ZX80/1 is that unless it's physically located on the board the ULA can't access video pattern data. It looks like the forth ROM has its own character data, so what you'd see would be, at best, garbage. Sorry :( Blame the clever design...

Is there a forth implementation that loads to memory at 8-16k?
