**NEW* ZONX AY interfaces for ZX81

There is a possibility to get **NEW* AY interfaces in ZONX standard.

1) Is there any _exact_ description (plus graphix) of ZX81's bus??
2) How many persons would be interested in buying it?

I think quite a few woukd be interested Yerz Myself included the problem is writing decent software to accompany it.
I have had my zonx 81 for a long time and cannot do anything real with it and reading these forums nor can anyone else, not even the German zx groups who do fantastic work in other areas. so I think without suitable software that anyone can use as opposed to nerds only stuff the idea is a non starter.

Well, I don't think any resonable editor would be possible to make for ZX81 16K,
however a great thing would be a convertor of Spectrum songs into the ZX81.
And it's possible to do.

Like I wrote on German forum, seems like it's one and the only occasion to get brand new ZONX interfaces for our machine.
If nobody's interested - the Lotharek will resign from the project.
And if the interface lives again, then probably such a convertor might appeare in some time.

Then people could use sounds or music in their programs without problems.

A small program to add a "sound"-command to a ZX81 was given in Bill's forum some years ago:

If you see my post history you'll notice I've shown interest in such interfaces more than once. I even talked to a friend about making new interfaces, not just for the ZX81 but also for the TS2068, so it could play 128K-AY sound without the need to 128K Spectrum software, but he has been too busy and he still has the second batch of TS2068 twister boards to finish.

If your friend is indeed willing to make a couple interfaces, count me in. Is this the same gentleman who made the Zaxxon AY interfaces last year?
