Gears:
2 Cylinder sides. (right side circle on the picture)
2 Gears from cylinder to head's threaded rod.
(linked by a simple rubber belt/bicycle inner tube)
1 Gear from the motor (15mm) can be ignored.
The both toothed gear from the motor (diam 15mm) and the cylinder (diam 130mm) had to be print in PLA (3D printer) or bay separately.
The PCB board for 130mm diameter gear seem to be expensive.
Kicad v6:
Gerber:
- 4 PCBs at least.
- color black
- PCB Thickness= 1.6mm.
(
estimate price 9$ + Shipping for 5 PCB)

Cylinder gear:
I had to rebuild the gear in Wings3d...
Please let me know if both gears are incompatible.
(Note:Special thought for "Tupperware" in PLA.)

Hi,
In fact, you have 5 PCB for the cylinder's sides board.
Two double boards (2PCB+2PCB 1.6mm*2 per side)
1 PCB remain and can be use to enclose the gears.
You had to cut it to let the motor and wiring things to pass throw it.
Have fun.
