As promised:

Woowooo!

I should really improve the quality of the demo program but there are only so many hours in the day :D

** edit - added the latest PIC firmware. NOTE: this will break auto-loading if the EPROM isn't upgraded to V6.

Looks really good. :)

Well, I have several ST mouses.
Do I have to reflash my ZXpand somehow (fear, fear)?

Yes - there would be some re-flashing involved. I would wait until the zx-team meeting in a few days if I was you :D

Actualy indeed I'd take my ZX81 setup (with the small TV-set) with me too - everything indicates we will try to get there.
My younger brother isn't hardcore enough to have pleasure of using ZX81 but he could play Spectrum games/demos. ;)
So I'd take the ZX81 for me, hehe.

Anyway - yes, I am afraid of destroying my hardware, and I wouldn't like to make such changes all by myself, You're right. ;)

SirMorris has also found time to build a time machine, I note....

The video was made in 2011 according to the last shot....

Well that explains how he finds the time to figure all this out. I knew he is Dr. Who in real life ;)
Are you bringing the TARDIS to our meeting?
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But, in practice, there is.

I just purchased an Amiga mouse that was converted into an Atari ST mouse on eBay. Does anyone have the MOUSE.p program from Sir Morris's youtube video (and ASM?) and any other working related mouse software for the ZXPand/ZXPand-AY ? In looking over the latest ZXpand firmware related files, it looks like there are mouse drivers already built in so I would not use the older ZXPand 1.5 Beta firmware.

Thanks,

Tim
