Hi, is it possible to get one of those 16K internal memory expansion for the ZX81?
I love the design and I'm planning to complete the ZX81 PCB from Franck87.
Are you selling this?
If so, I'm interested in two of them.

Thank you very much!

Hello Franck,

Private messaging seems not possible.

I would like, if it;s still possible, to order 2 boards.

Kind regards,

Edzard

That one doesn't include a RAM IC Martin.

I'd be more inclined to just source a 28-pin DIP SRAM IC (and socket if required) and homebrew it personally. No-ones going to see the difference once it's inside the case.

I don't know where Ignacio is based, but I can usually source Toshiba TC55257DPL-85L 32KB SRAM ICs for between £1.40 and £3.50 new here in the UK depending on whether I'm buying in bulk or singly.
ZX81 with ZiLOG Z84 CMOS Z80, 32KB battery-backed Toshiba 55257 SRAM with charge status LED, Wilf's "Why Wait?" mod and switch-mode 5V regulator. 50/60Hz mode switch, composite video output with Zigg's back porch mod and 1080p60 HDMI output.
