I made a blog 8 years ago ... but it is not up to date ... I hope to update it quickly ...
at the time, I made an article on my floppy disk mageco ... the article is not finished ....
but, it will give you an idea of how the floppy disk works ...
I have two floppy disk mageco .... and one of the interfaces has additional functions in its menu compared to the first interface ...
here is the blog :
thank you (excuse me for my english ... i m french)
did you want information about floppy disk mageco?
at the electronic level I'm not at all specialiste, it's kai who had repaired the floppy disk a few years ago ...
I have two floppy disk with two interfaces ..
the system works like this:
first there is an interface to connect to the zx81 (in this interface there is a rom that manages the menu
then a cable joins an interface that is connected to the floppy disk ...
the system works very well ...
but I think it could be improved (with some good technicians)
bye bye rwap
As I had tested it worked very stable and not even slow.
But the DOS is some special kind you have to get used to first.
