There were also thoughts about interfacing to an Pi zero which uses cheap USB Ethernet.
Problem always is to implement the exact same interfacing.
On the other hand 23 pounds is no showstopper.

I just ordered some more wiznet. So I will be able to make more ready built tested boards as there have recently been several request for those. And I did some scrolling to find the price.
It's still 60€.

One more ready built and tested device at 60€ is available, three were sold today.
So if you are quick you might be able to get one soon. Just PM me.
