I keep seeing references to the zxpand, are the still for sale somewhere? Or is there information somewhere such that I could build my own?

Once every 2 year SirMorris creates a batch if he desires. Then he sells them on SellMyRetro.com.

The design is is not public.

Your only option is patience.

At the moment, the only option is to register on sellmyretro and then go to the closed listing:

Click on "Notify When Back in Stock" and you will receive an email as soon as some more are listed by SirMorris. However, they do sell out quickly - normally within a few minutes!

as I remember you have a minstrel 3 board.
So it might be intresting that ZXPand for minstrel is available at the moment

This seems to work with minstrel board only.
