Is invalid on a ZX80 with the 4K BASIC ROM (the original ROM).
The ZX80 SAVE command does not take a filename, because it has no concept of filenames...
Or are you using a ZX81 8K ROM?

Hello Mark. Aha, I didn't know that (never actually saved anything ZX80 style). I'll try that again then.
