The position of the American version TV socket is a little bit visible at the European case version (see pic).
So maybe the European socket is also visible on the Amercian case?

On the one and only TS1000 case that I have, I can’t see the moulding marks for the ZX81 European TV output position. Also, the ZX81 case that you can see in my photo has a mark where the channel switch is on the TS1000. Is it possible that some moulds were designed for the U.S. market and then adapted for the European market?

I took a guess that it's at the same height and really only shifts closer to the larger port hole.
My guess from pictures is that it's right about 6mm from that larger port hole.

I've updated the models to add this variant (EuroPort)
Let me know if my guess was close :D

Yes, the size seems to be the same. Distance between the "Europa hole" and the visible frame of the American hole is 13 mm, the distance to the EAR hole is 6 mm.

I don't have one of those cases.
If someone could tell me the offsets in mm I could make an stl for that version

ZX81 top of TV connector cut-out to case bottom: 26mm
ZX81 bottom of TV connector cut-out to case bottom: 12mm
ZX81 vertical size of TV connector cut-out: 14mm
ZX81 width of TV connector cut-out at top: 13mm (tapered sides)
ZX81 width of TV connector cut-out at bottom: 14mm
ZX81 rear case bottom to bottom left hand edge of TV connector cut-out: 34mm
ZX81 bottom right hand edge of TV connector cut-out to vertical part of ear/mic/9V DC recess: 5mm

Will this do?

That's amazingly helpful!
Thank you.

I'll check these vs the model

I've already updated it a few times based on feedback like this.
The latest was adding vent holes in (that I was lazy and missed the first time)

I've gotten feedback that the model is missing a few screw holes and risers that the original has.

I didn't add them because they seemed to have no function.

Does anyone know what these are for???

Thank you!
That makes some sense. I wonder if anyone actually uses them.
But, since they have a functional reason I'll add them to the model
