Just realised you hadn't done a ZX8 fit so don’t worry about the above unless you decide to do one!

There is also the ZX-VID composite mod to consider. It is more expensive (around £35 last time I looked) so not one I use as a refurbisher but does produce a very nice picture. Whereas the ZX8 produces an extremely sharp picture the ZX-VID produces a more mellow picture that is more in keeping with how it looks when viewed on a good quality, well tuned in black and white CRT TV. One for the purists!

I probably will in due course, because I can't imagine that many people will want to go the full hog of a new case.

Got to wait until I can get a ZXpand first, and I'm keeping an eye on the Chroma Interface for when some more of those come on-line, because that looks really interesting and I do have a SCART to HDMI converter so it would be interesting to play with colour... but I'm getting ahead of myself :-)

A few notes regarding filenames on the Wespi:

When you download a .p file make sure the file name you upload to the Wespi only has characters present in the ZX81 otherwise it will not load (the menu software will not recognise it)
Keep the names short - if too long it won’t load

I have had issues trying to delete files with names that are too long or contain non-zeddy characters.
