No disrespect, but I suggest you do some research and amend your listing.
The ZX81 you have for sale was made quite some time after Sinclair had started their main production run. I have an even earlier one with a ULA date stamped 8111 meaning week 11 of 1981. The one you have for sale on eBay has a ULA with a date stamp of 8130 meaning week 30. The issue one PCB is rather common, not rare. And I don't think you will get anywhere near the buy it now price that you have listed it at.

Looking forward to summer later in the year.
Well - the starting price for GBP 49.00 is not too bad for a ZX81 plus 16k RAM pack and a bit accessoires like cassettes and books.
But I wouldn't expect a very high price - GBP 899.00 is surely 10 times overpayed.
