Could we gather links to availability of ULAs?
e.g. Original ULAs sold, different versions of replicas.

No, Andy's web site went off line a while ago (he's amazed it lasted as long as it did, as he has not used it for years). There is part of the relevant page on the Internet Archive
here.
RetroTechie's web site (
http://bitcycle.org/) has been off line for a little while now, but I don't know anything more.
The Internet Archive does have a lot of his site
here but I don't think it has the zip file to download
