Was that RAM pack actually available at the time of the ZX80?

The keyboard overlay is for use with the "new" ROM, meaning the first ZX81 ROM (which was backwards compatible with ZX80 machines and available from Sinclair for use with the ZX80). So the original owner of this ZX80 kept buying upgrades.

As far as I'm aware, Sinclair produced a 1k to 3k byte RAM pack for the ZX80.
And the 16k byte RAM pack was mainly intended for use with the newly launched ZX81. But it does work with the ZX80.

There was also a ZX81 style rampack for the ZX80 which if memory serves was a ZX81 item internally just badged differently for the 80.

There was a technical equal 16K RAM with white letters on the black case that was explicitly for the ZX80.
