Glad I got the email about this. I ordered one and with shipping it was under $18 total to the USA via Paypal.

Bought it. Tried it. I was able to connect to Telnet BBS on the first try using my home WiFi ! 
I do have questions however. Not clear who I should ask.

Make sure your WiFi password Has no special characters. You have to use the characters available on your zx81 / TS1000. My AT&T home WiFi password was provided to me by AT&T years ago and not sure how to change it so unfortunately I’m not able to use the new card.

Maybe your phone can create a temporary wifi network that you can use to test it out.
