..and with the rest of the case (only 14 hours to print this - the top was 22 hours)

In case you're wondering how the expansion slot is going to work, this was my thoughts.

(I should add - the case isn't screwed together in the pictures)

@Andy
I've recreated the keys legends in Visio - all keys sized at 14 mm so they fit the clear keytops. Printed on premium glossy paper at highest quality they look pretty good - the "pi" legend was the worst to recreate. I've imported the file onto Libre Draw and printed at actual size, cutting out with the xacto knife and a straight edge has improved the look greatly - the bottom line of keys on the picture on the hardware thread is using the later legends - I decided not to do any more until I proved it working. It is now; I had a couple of dry joints on the keyboard PCB which are now fixed. The ROM image I used doesn't recognise the ZXspand so no 3d Monster Maze just yet - a new EPROM is on order (the same as my original Minstrel which does recognise the ZXSpand)

If you want the Visio / OSD I can send it to you; I did think about changing the character set - just because I could - but decided to stick to as close to the original that I could find.

@Paul & Andy
I've been trying to send the files in a PM but it's not letting me (it keeps kicking me back to the Login screen when I click either preview or submit)

If you want to PM me your email addresses I'll send the files both as OSD source and PDF
