eBay is your friend.

If you insist on TS1000 there's one on eBay right now. It is quite expensive (€120). https://www.ebay.com/itm/Ordenador-Sinc ... 2446633793

If you are ok with a ZX81 there are many options.
With RAM Pack (€20.50) https://www.ebay.com/itm/ZX-81-Sinclair ... 2326542861
Without RAM Pack (£10) https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sinclair-ZX81- ... 2616355110
With RAM Pack + software (£26) https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Sincla ... 2888066470
With RAM Pack + software book ($64) https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sinclair-ZX81- ... 2720384830
Without RAM Pack (£25) https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sinclair-ZX81/222779461751
With RAM Pack (£14.90) https://www.ebay.com/itm/SINCLAIR-ZX81- ... 2793027078

You might try checking the eBay US site for a TS1000 if you aren't already. They seem to be much more common in the States, as the ZX81 is much more common across the pond.

Yeah, they are common in the States but prices are sky-high there. Plus unbelievable costs for shipment across the pond and probable import duties makes any TS1000/1500 overpriced and worth much more than ZX80 in good shape.

I got lucky with my 2nd TS1000 bought in 2016. Less than $30 including Stateside shipping for the complete package with the box in excellent condition. The computer did not work (as usual) but probably only needs a good ULA and a couple of other bits. It is common over here for the price to be reasonable but charge ridiculous shipping.
